Very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very welcoming and friendly staff right across the board. Clean and tidy with lovely public rooms, bedroom also. Breakfast very nice with plenty of choices. Swiss Cottage underground station is a stones throw away. Would definitely use this hotel again.
Comfortable, clean, and centrally located. The staff are friendly. Most of all, it's quiet.

A simples family English still hotel
We usually stay at this hote when we come to London l, this time we got a very old-fashioned room and not so clean, although they changed the room at our request, the other room also needs renovation. The breakfast and dining room staff are excellent

It was a cute property, however we found it limited in its use for people visiting London. Very close to underground though, which was quite handy.
Easy to find and good value. Near to Jubilee line for access to main sights. Polite, helpful staff - thank you
Had twin room - clean and warm. Bed a little uncomfortable- could feel springs in places.
Overall great place to stay - would stay again
A quiet hotel with friendly, very helpful staff. Underground was just minutes from the door making it convenient to get anywhere. Evening dining is limited.
The hotel is old and needs refurbishing. But that’s not surprising as you can see in the photos prior to booking. My problem occurred at 3am when the heating system pipes began making loud horrible noises. It was a aweful and ruined my night
