This 31-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric kettle, sink, toaster, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The bedroom faces another building and is furnished with a double bed and a high-quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom, accessed through the kitchen, equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

The flat was freezing cold when we arrived and was programmed to stay that way. The owner was not helpful at all. I had to send photos of the thermostat, the radiators and the boiler. Then I was asked to send the photos somewhere else. Still nothing was done!The photos of the flat on the website are very misleading. It Is tiny! There were no cushions on the sofa as in the photos and no rug on the floor as in the photos. The bathroom is a disaster. It is a toilet with a shower in it. And a tiny hand basin. The toilet doesn’t flush properly.The flat is on the fourth floor - not mentioned on VRBO. There are no instructions for using the tv nor the washer drier.The manual just lists all the penalties for damaging things, losing the keys, checking out late etc. Nothing of use to the renter. We never got the washer drier to dry anything. We never got the tv to work even basic channels.Total rip off!

This house was conveniently located, central to many things. Short walk to the several metro lines, chinatown, west end theaters and grocery stores and stores and restaurants on Kingsway. Host was very easy to work with and answered all inquiries with a day's time.Apartment had everything you need. Bathroom was on the small side and it's on the fourth floor of the building.Nice neighborhood and felt safe at all times.

The location couldn’t be better – peaceful yet right in the heart of Covent Garden, making everything easily accessible. The self check-in process was seamless, and I was pleased to receive my damage deposit back quickly, everything went smoothly.The apartment was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs. The living room was spacious, with a large sofa and a dining area, while the bedroom offered a very comfortable bed. The bathroom, though compact, had excellent hot water pressure.Overall, the location, cleanliness, and service were outstanding. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting London.
