Each studio is bright, stylishly furnished, and fully self-contained, offering a comfortable bed, a contemporary en-suite bathroom, and a private kitchenette equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essential cookware. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout, making it ideal for remote working, studying, or relaxing with your favourite entertainment. A shared washer/dryer is also conveniently available on the ground floor.

Enjoy the flexibility of seamless self-check-in with secure smart locks, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits your schedule. While daily housekeeping and breakfast are not provided, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee, ensuring you can personalise your stay with complete ease and convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

There are CCTV cameras in the communal areas and externally.

Noise can be heard from the street outside.

We kindly ask all guests to respect our strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. If evidence of smoking is found during or after your stay (such as smoke odours, ashes, or cigarette butts), a smoking fee of up to £300 may be charged to cover additional cleaning and restoration costs.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone in the building, parties, excessive noise, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. If these rules are breached, we may need to take appropriate action, which could include ending the reservation early. Any costs incurred as a result may be charged in accordance with the booking terms.
