Liked: Staff & service
Good price and location for a stay in London. 10-15 minute walk to Barking station with easy access to overground and underground trains.
Roons are very basic but clean. Our room on the 2nd floor waa extremely hot. There was a stand up air conditioning unit which helped a little. The window could be opened but there was a lot of noise from traffic outside.
Greeted with a smile and efficiency. Room was clean and had everything you need.Nice continental breakfast.Even though we were only staying 2 nights still had our room cleaned.I would call this 3 star not 2 star.
Very clean. Only issue was lights behind the TV weren't working which weren't really an issue as all the others worked and we were mainly at the hotel to chill late evening and sleep
There’s a big supermarket next door open until midnight. Easy check-in, clean place, and helpful staff

This is called budget for a reason. The room has no air conditioning so it’s like an oven. The road noise is very loud if you open the window. There is a fan provided but it doesn’t do much. Clean room and shower was good.

Disliked: Amenities
It was a worst service provided, Rooms were too hot no proper cooling system, Totally waste of money. Highly not recommend
The staff and cleaners were lovely, room was very clean.
Was disappointed on entering our room to see how small and little space there was to move, I banged my head 3 times on the top bunk over our bed and I'm only 5ft2 we didn't need the top bunk but it didn't give me any other options to pick without. The window barely opened and the room was so hot even though we were at the back of the hotel out of the sun it was so hot in the room and the plug in fan really didn't help much. After travelling all the way there I was so disappointed not to be able to make a cup of tea in our room and really didn't like using the hotel tea bags or milk downstairs as didn't taste very nice I prefer Pg tips and was disappointed at £2 for a cup of tea was very expensive when I could get a Costa tea from the Tesco round the corner (which still wasn't very nice either) for £1.50.
Was too worried to order from the hotel any food as was the same Currys which makes me question if it's fresh cooked. So ordered from out.
Was looking for a single night stay for a business trip and it ticked all the bases. I did find couple of hairs in the shower but nothing major. I would say it proved its valie for money.
Outdated, basic and really small room. There wasnt enough space to even move around and lighting was poor too. The lobby had a smell. It wasnt worth £30/night let alone £75 we paid.
