Gorgeous hotel, which looked and smelled amazing on arrival. Room was lovely and very comfortable - one of the best nights of sleep I've had in ages! Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful - we felt very welcome and well looked after. Great value stay and facilities including the spa & gym were excellent. It was very easy to get to nearest tube station (Holborn), and museums nearby including the British Museum and Soane Museum. Loved our stay here and would definitely recommend and return. Thank you!

Stayed for 5 nights for my business trip. Overall experience is ok, just that the hotel decoration is quite dark with little light. Gym and pool located at basement level which is quite stuffy and a bit smelly. Opposite the hotel there is a supermarket which is a plus for business traveller. Room cleanliness is acceptable.

From the moment we walked through the doors we knew we was going to have a fab stay. We were staying for my hen do and was given a welcome drink before heading to our room, we planned on just leaving our luggage but we was able to access our room from 11am which was a fab bonus! The room was huge, clean, and had great amenities. Every member of staff we spoke to was lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the spa facilities the next morning. We found the location to be brilliant, just a couple of stops on the tube from King's Cross and about 5 min walk from the tube to the hotel. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

This property is old and the ‘king size beds’ are queen size. We chose this property specifically because of the size of beds and we were very disappointed. We were travelling with our two kids and would have chosen alternative accommodation had we known. The hotel is old and not worth the cost
