Great stay, spacious room great location for Central London. . My husband stays here often on business trips. We arrived very late to check in due to flight delays. We were very happy with welcome and check in.

Close to subway stations, clean rooms, AMAZING bed and shower - wish I could take them home. The STAFF WERE THE BEST PART, when I say they care, they helped us find food for every meal, and even helped us fight our TFL ticket issue to make sure we had a pleasant experience of London. Truly kind and caring people. Again, those pillows were so perfect

We booked this hotel specifically for the location, as it was near our areas of interest. We were able to walk easily to the theater, and to the British museum. We found varied dining options and shops easily within walking distance as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well-stocked, and we were able to have our coffee in the room together every morning. (VERY important to Americans!)

Not to happy when asked to pay a £100.00 holding fee. When i already payed for my room . I was told they will refund it after check out. I had to phone the hotel because the had not returned my holdind fee untill 3pm . When i had checked out at 9am .

I can honestly say that for the price, this is one of the worst hotel rooms I have stayed in. The bathroom was in an awful state with holes in the walls, terrible attempts at maintenance in the tiles and mirrors hanging off the walls. The ‘deluxe room’ was tiny with barely any floor space around the bed, no desk space and a tiny wardrobe. The carpet in the hallways were dirty and had holes in several places. I travel regularly for work and a premier inn plus room is far more ‘luxurious’ at a third of the price

All of the reception staff (4 in total) that we met were absolutely useless, uninterested and incapable of providing assistance. They didn’t smile once, or even say hello. They didn’t care that we were unhappy with our room when flagged and took ages just to complete basic tasks. The room we were given wasn’t anything like the “premium” room in the pictures. Despite asking about this after checking in, nothing was done to fix it. They blamed Expedia. The air-con in the room was loud, the shower drain was blocked and the only thing provided was two cans of water. There was a fridge but it was empty and there was a TV that didn’t work. When we complained again at checkout, the receptionist just offered me the hotel manager’s business card and said he’d make our next stay better. Given our experience, we will not be staying again. This hotel looks good in the pictures, mainly due to the nice frontage of the building, but it’s extremely underwhelming inside and no better than the lowest budget hotel you can find.
Premium room was just a basic room with no amenities at all. Nothing like the pictures.
Shower didn’t drain.
