Small but clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast was very filling. Staff was friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning worked. About 10 min walk to 2 underground stops. Pizza Pilgrim nearby was a good place to eat.

THE BLACK KEYS, ALEXANDRA PALACE PARK!

Friendly staff, Lovely and clean and fresh, comfy bed & Pillows, Air conditioning lovely, as it was 36degrees outside!, offer a complimentary breakfast, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, safe and a fridge also, couldn't fault it! A little noisy due to busy area, couldn't hear much once we put our earplugs in though. Would recommend, great to get to Alexandra palace, train station short walk away. Will absolutely stay here again!

Unfortunately the lift was not working and even though I was given a first floor room, breakfast was then two long flights down in the basement. I appreciate it was beyond their control and it broke just before my stay. That is why I have marked my stay as a 4. Also there were minor lacks of repair - a loose tie back fell off the wall for example.

Great hotel and lovely staff

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size, very clean and comfortable - the only downside is there was only one spare pillow and we’d have liked two. Complementary breakfast was great with more choice than expected. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good base in Shoreditch

We had a really lovely stay at the Shoreditch Inn. The staff were very pleasant. The room was clean and there was a lovely coffee machine with parts on the side. The only thing was the pillows were really uncomfortable and the room was too hot and we couldn’t turn it down Apart from that a perfect find would definitely stay there again but take my own pillow

Complaint

I couldn’t get into the property to check in and had to wait outside for over 20mins only for another guest to let me in as nobody on reception plus nobody was on front desk to even answer the door bell or landline when I rang it. Given I had travelled all day and arrived at 10pm I find this totally unacceptable
