This spacious studio apartment (third floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

We had an amazing stay at Cavabaja Suites! The location is absolutely perfect right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was very clean, bigger than expected and when you walked in, it felt like a sweet little home. The location was very central and yet it was very quiet in the apartment due to the small side street and well-insulated windows. The hosts were always available and very nice.

It was very easy to check in and get into the apartment. The organising of a taxi is very helpful. La Latina is my favourite area of Madrid, so much to do in walking distance.
