Avoid if you need the sofa bed!

The best of the hotel is the location, right at the heart of Madrid city centre. However, the sofa bed offered to the room is terrible. I could hardly sleep at night with my partner. The hotel is obviously target family travellers. The sofa bed will be used almost every night the room is occupied, it needs a new one. The bed's spring stretch loudly on your every movement, the mattress on the sofa bed is also need to be changed. Also, the hotel offers no duvet or thin blanket for the sofa bed, because it is summer. They will give you two bedsheets instead.

Wonderful space for a big family. Perfect location. Great to hop on metro. Rooftop pool was nice, but very cold for kids. No umbrellas or shade on rooftop so very hard to stay out of the sun and relax. Chairs a little outdated. Gym area was unappealing and very small, unlike photos online.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed included washing machine. It was great to have a pool available. Its right in the centre of Madrid so you can walk anywhere or jump on the metro. Friendly service, great room and location. Highly recommend.
