Beware theyre doing construction ALL night. We couldn’t sleep due to this. The room wasn’t very clean and many thing were broken. If I had to do again I would NOT stay here. Save your money.

Bad experience, you have to pay for essentials services like rom cleaning and additional towels. Elevator was broken most of the time. No actual bar in the roof top, tiny pool. We actually witnessed a fight up there, staff did nothing. The worst front desk staff ever. No courtesy at all. Room was dirty.. a lot.

Good apartments, lots of space and a good location. You can easily walk to the majority of tourist spots fairly quickly (a few minutes to about 20 minutes walk). Parking is availabl in the same building area but it is very expensive.

Perfect location. Issues with the elevator were significant as this led many patrons to carry their bags up or down stairs. There were also limited english instructions for how to function the space (washer, air conditioning, dishwaher etc.)

El único problema del hotel es su elevador. Me quedé 4 días de los cuales dos me quedé atorada en elevador. Y la última fue hoy 18 de junio q era mi día de salida y tenía mi vuelo de regreso y eso me ocasionó inconvenientes con mi viaje ya q debido a eso llegué retrasada y perdí mi vuelo original. Los empleados y técnicos nos indicaban q los dueños del lugar no quieren invertir en arreglar el elevador y que ya lleva bastante tiempo ocasionando los mismos problemas . Sería excelente si lo arreglan pq el lugar tiene una ubicación muy buena y los apartamentos son muy cómodos

Nice apartment but the single room apt on 3rd floor only has view of side of nearby building. View and pool on the top floor is a bonus. Couch is old . The next door alley street is loud at early hours of the night with drunks or homeless sometimes yelling. Plus the sirens occasionally on Gran Via can be disturbing. Perhaps a higher floor might have less noise. Bring earplugs for those light sleepers.
