Welcome to my studio!

This cosy studio in Madrid is ideal for couples. Located on the fourth floor. Please note, there is a lift in the building that goes up to the third floor, then you will have to take the stairs to the fourth floor. The open plan layout of this studio encourages an airy and cosy atmosphere.

The living room has a sofa, a TV and a comfortable double bed, including bed linen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and cutlery. In addition, there is a dining table to comfortably enjoy meals.

For added convenience, the studio is equipped with a washing machine (not dryer included) and ironing equipment.

The full bathroom has fresh towels, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Please be aware that the bathroom is small and has limited space.

Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes.
To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.

Centro is the historic core of Madrid, where the city was originally founded. It is home to some of the most iconic landmarks and squares, including Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and the Royal Palace.

The district is packed with museums, theatres, and cultural institutions. Notable sites include the Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum, and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, which form the famous Golden Triangle of Art.

Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol are major shopping areas with a mix of international brands and local boutiques. The district is also a gastronomic paradise, offering everything from traditional tapas bars to high-end restaurants.

Centro is famous for its picturesque squares like Plaza Mayor and Plaza de Santa Ana. Mercado de San Miguel and Mercado de San Antón are popular food markets where you can sample local delicacies.

The district is well-connected with multiple metro lines (including lines 1, 2, and 3) and numerous bus routes. Atocha, Madrid's main train station, is located nearby, providing high-speed train connections to other major cities.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Noviciado, is just a 3-minutes walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: Provided free of charge upon request for stays of 10 nights or more (includes towels and sheets).
