The living room features two large sofas, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also two balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening while enjoying the city views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second has a single bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Calle de Fuencarral is a street in the centre of downtown Madrid. Today, it is a famous shopping street and tourist area with many shops and restaurants. It also serves as the dividing line between downtown Madrid's Chueca and Malasaña neighbourhoods. The road intersects with Gran Vía and runs parallel to Calle Hortaleza and Calle de Valverde.

The Museum of the History of Madrid, Mercado de San Ildefonso, a historic market and The Humilladero de Nuestra Señora de la Soledad church are some main attractions.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tube station, Bilbao, is just a 1-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
