Our room was clean, spacious and cheery. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was very modern. Front desk staff members were very friendly, courteous and efficient. Check in was fast and easy. Very convenient to buses, train to airport and very walkable to several main tourist attractions in different directions. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, easy walking to main attractions and metro stop. Breakfast was great. Staff were all very nice and helpful especially Sebastián and Octavio. They are amazing and made our staff absolutely fantastic!

Excellent hotel the staff was friendly and helpful,Sebastian at the restaurant and bar was very helpful with excellent service i would very much recommend this hotel if yoiu are staying in Madrid.
