This recently renewed bright apartment can accommodate 4 people. It is located on a century building just step away from the most important tourist attractions: Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Royal Palace,.. but at the same time is quiet and confortable. Provided with all facilities for your well-being during your stay, it is an ideal place to discover the city afoot and have rest.

An unforgettable Madrid stay!Our stay with Roberto was truly exceptional from start to finish. The apartment is in the most perfect, walkable location in Madrid—everything we wanted to experience was just a 5–15 minute stroll away, making it effortless to explore the city.The home itself is immaculate and full of charm. The character of the old building, with its original wooden stairs and door, adds so much authenticity, while the apartment is cozy, well appointed with amenities, beautifully kept, and welcoming. And the balcony—wow! The views were absolutely lovely and quickly became one of our favorite spots to soak in the energy of the city.Roberto is a standout host. Attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind, he greeted us like family and made sure we had everything we needed. His warmth and helpfulness truly elevated our experience.We would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Madrid—especially if you’re lucky enough to stay with Roberto. We can’t wait to return!

We had an excellent stay! The location is perfect in the center of Madrid. The living space was accurate as per description. The air conditioning was brand new and in every room. Washer dryer really made life easy. The elevator in the building was always ready for a lift. Roberto was an amazing host. He was able to check us in early after a long flight. He was so nice and helpful from booking to check out You won’t find a better host. Overall we had a great stay in an amazing city. We highly recommended this apartment!

The location is as good as it gets. The unit is very nice and well equipped. You will be very comfortable here. the AC worked well. There is really nothing to complain about. Everything was great. My only suggestion would be to have a larger refridgerator, but it worked well.

A perfectly located Madrid gem

This is the 8th apartment we have rented in Madrid Centro and it is by far the best. The Calle Mayor location is ideal, within walking distance to restaurants, Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel, Puerto del Sol, the Prado, and just about everything else. The building is newly refurbished and the apartment is well-appointed. Quiet and secure. Apartments I've rented in the past have disappeared off the market, I sure hope this one doesn't because I'd like it to be my Madrid go-to rental. 10 stars! The staff was fantastic, Roberto was friendly, helpful, and polite.

Perfect Madrid Location

This location was perfect for our Madrid vacation. It is centrally located to many parts of the city. The apartment is updated and we felt right at home. One of my favorite pictures is a sunset taken from the balcony. Roberto was a wonderful host and was timely in answering questions and meeting us at the apartment.

Amazing apartment in Madrid

Great location right by the Plaza del Sol and the Mercado San Miguel. Easy access to the metro and the rest of the city. Roberto was a wonderful host and very responsive.
