Close to the interstate, but limited food options. If you don’t have a car. There were a couple of really cute food trucks behind our hotel. The closest restaurant is at the Embassy suites. A few hotels down the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a decent hot breakfast and plenty of coffee before heading out to the cruise port. Free airport shuttle, there is a shuttle to the cruise port that you have to reserve ahead of time but it is convenient and only $12 a person! The hotel itself is clean and quiet.

It’s close to the airport. No food options nearby. Waited almost 2 hours for the shuttle at the airport. Called hotel twice and was told shuttle was coming. I wouldn’t stay here again

The only part I like about the property is close to Miami airport. The room that we stay is smell and sheet was not clean. Throughout the 3 days stay we never get room service. We requested clean towels and additional sheets and never never brought them to our room. The staff there was not friendly. This is the worse place I ever stay. I was very disappointed.

This hotel is terrible. A lot of things didn’t work, like the shower drain, wifi, desk phone, etc. The management and staff were unresponsive and incompetent. The location next to the Miami airport is terrible. The hotel has a taco food truck in the parking lot, which is very low class and attracts a lot of undesirables. It is not a safe area. I tried to cancel my non-refundable reservation and go to a different hotel but the manager wouldn’t approve it. So I was stuck at this lousy hotel for 4 miserable days.
