This hotel offered friendly staff who were knowledgeable and courteous. The breakfast was fresh daily and I especially appreciated the coffee machine upgrade. The property is within walking distance of good shopping and the environment is safe and welcoming.

Clean, spacious room and helpful staff. The only downside is that the hotel entrance is shared by a shopping mall. There was a carnival and a haunted house within the adjacent shopping mall parking lot, directly across from the hotel. It was very noisy and the floodlights were positioned right in front of our room. The hotel has a very limited parking area in the front and no overflow areas. Hotel staff had to assist with us with parking in unassigned spaces along the front of the property.

Coffee maker did not work, elevators did not work properly doors were not opening, air condition in the room did not work properly, bathroom light kept blinking. The only good thing about there was the location.
