Front desk clerk was mean. Not friendly. No customer service at all. It makes for a horrible start. I wanted to leave but we’d already paid. Sometimes peoples attitudes will turn you off to where you don’t care how much you paid…you’re still leaving, and I was almost there

Our reservation was incorrect when we arrived. The hotel expected us the next day and Expedia was difficult to get a hold of. There is also a surprise $23 per night parking fee (tax and fees not included) not included in any of the advertisements or reservation confirmation. Terrible surprise after a terrible experience getting checked in. Francine at front desk was helpful (after 39 minutes of trying to get someone to assist). No one else tried to help.

Nice hotel with a great location to walk around and find good local places to eat. Staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. Breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs, but it’s pricey.

Nice hotel close to airport

The rooms were clean and well appointed. Very close to airport and convenient with shuttle. The only issue was the front desk attendant. When we walked up she didn’t look up to acknowledge us and it took 3-4 minutes for her to wave us over to the desk. She seemed like we were inconveniencing her

The staff was great. I had an incident with a racist hotel guest over an unreserved parking spot. The hotel staff witnessed the ordeal and took care of me. The renovated room was amazing. I will be back.

The parking was a nightmare. The card would deactivate every time you tried to scan out to leave. Most of the time the key card did not work and had to go to the front desk to get it reactivated multiple times per day
