Excellent location, in the heart of Coconut Grove, walking distance to Coco Walk, Excellent for a couple or for a family (up to 4 members), renovated place.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, very quiet neighborhood yet very close to the action.
Free trolley service, fresh market and public library almost in the corner, this is an excellent place for your vacations or business travel.
PRIVATE PARKING SPOT. (1 car) Please park in designated area or your vehicle could be towed away.
This is a very modern yet cozy apartment on the first floor. It is a small 9 unit apartment building with a well lit private parking.
WE PROVIDE SMART TV's with high speed internet for your convenience. You can sign in to your content provider (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc)

You will be very comfortable since it has everything you need to make you feel at home.
It is a very quiet neighborhood but also at walking distance to the all the action.

Bookes The apartment with the Ikea white sofá bed with 2 matresses purposedly because was staying with my husband and 2 sons but arrived to find we were given the one with the grey sofá. Checked in at midnight knackered so didnt complain about it. Apartment was very clean and location unbestable

Not Worth the Value

There was no showerhead, not enough toilet paper for the week, no keurig, bed was broken (didn't sleep on it, had to sleep in living room), door knob was extremely loose it wouldn't engage to open door. Almost got locked outside. Contacted host, maintenance man came by and said he'd be back after a trip to home depot. He never did!came back! but he never returned!
