"The lobby was beautiful and very well maintained, but unfortunately the actual room did not match the price point. For nearly $200 a night, the room felt underwhelming and unfinished. It smelled strongly of fresh paint, and early in the morning there were workers banging on the walls, which made it difficult to rest. The bed was by far the biggest disappointment. The mattress had no support whatsoever and sagged badly in the middle. I woke up with significant back pain and did not sleep comfortably at all. The front desk experience also left a lot to be desired. The staff member assisting me, Beatrice, came across as rude and impatient. She repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking and did not seem welcoming or hospitable. Overall, while the hotel was clean and the lobby looked impressive, the guest room experience did not justify the cost. It honestly feels like more effort is being put into appearances in the common areas than into the comfort and quality of the rooms themselves. I expected much more from the Hilton brand and left very disappointed."

"The location is great. Our floor was being painted but this didn’t interrupt the stay. My only issue is the air conditioner. It’s an old central AC system with 3 options: off, extremely loud, and very loud. It is also aimed directly at the bed. Barely slept. If you can “sleep through anything”, then you’re fine. Reconsider if you’re a light sleeper."

"Nice hotel but there are some room for improvements the carpet was torn by the threshold's, drywall repairs and the ac went out in our room they upgraded us same night with o issues but just a few updates would have this a great place. Mike at the front desk, the bartender can’t remember her name and Mr Charles was amazing when he came to help us move rooms "

"Hotel is aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Free wash, average gym that provides water and cold towels but they charge $50 per night for parking, $100 per night for incidentals and $25 for a microwave as they do not come in the room. Valet provides exceptional service and staff is kind. However, I was overcharged for a drink at the Skybar that was $12 on the menu but charged $20.20 for it. Lastly, at around 2:36am 5/15/26 someone tried to enter my room and opened the door but was stopped by the door stopper and closet door. Not the best experience the hotel boasts about. "
