This was a great place to stay. The location was great for all of our destinations in LA. The beds were the most confortable and spacious ive slept in at a rental. We had lots of room for our big family and we enjoyed the pool table. Host was very responsive amd neighborhood was pretty quiet and easy to find

Cozy place

We wanted a place that was modest in price and comfortable as we attended a family wedding. The house was clean, and beds were comfortable and worked well for our group. It was a good location with easy access tothe main road and had good parking. I reached out to the host when we had a couple of needs and was accommodated quickly. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the kitchen sink and dishwasher that we discovered mid-stay, but let the owner know and it will be repaired. We enjoyed the cozy living room and large television, and the pool table. There could be a few improvements made, but overall it worked really well for our family.

Big Family

Overall the stay was great! We have a big family and we loved having a dining table large enough for all of us. The fact there was an iron and laundry facilities SAVED us on this trip. The only thing we noticed was the floor seemed unswept in the living room, which was unfortunate for our 10 month old who still mostly crawls. The bathroom doors were also a little finicky to lock, but they were able to which is the important part! Thank you for letting us stay, we would definitely rebook if we come to the area again (:

Great place at a great price

This place was perfect for our group comprised of 5 adults and two teens. Adequate sleeping for all with 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins (bunk bed), 1 sofa bed queen and one rollaway twin. We had a crazy thing happen one night when we woke up to a flood. Apparently a water pipe had burst. But the owner acted quickly and the water was cleaned up before the next night. He also comped us a free night as we no longer had hot water. With the exception of that one crazy thing, the place is very spacious and even has a very nice kitchen inside.
