Place was nice but very limited living room space. One small couch but had everything else you would need for a small family. Had a slight musty odor throughout the house that faded when we opened the windows. Overall nice and simple.

My family and I stayed here during our Disneyland trip, and the main benefit of this rental is how close it is to Disneyland. Only a few minutes away which is ideal. We made a quick trip to the nearby Walmart but there’s also a Costco. The place is great for the price and there’s 2 parking spots available which you have full view of. I would have been a little nervous to leave the car in the street so I really appreciate the parking. Owner was very accommodating and even allowed a last minute late check out for a fee. Overall it was a great stay

We had a really nice stay! Communication with the property owner was excellent—quick responses and super easy to work with. The property was clean and matched the description accurately. A few small things could use an upgrade, but overall the place was comfortable and a great value for what we got. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and spacious and was in an amazing location. It’s 20 minutes to Disney and 20 minutes to Huntington Beach. We enjoyed both. It was a short stay, but the condo had everything we needed! Communication was great and easy when we had a problem that was easily and quickly fixed. Will stay here again!

Great Stay!

We had a few people that stayed at the beautiful condo, and it was wonderful. Great location and the beds had fantastic linens and the AC worked really well! The inside was newly renovated and super clean. We all enjoyed our stay a lot! The host kept in contact with us and checked to make sure everything was great. They also had some snacks and drinks there for us which I felt was a great touch!

Great Townhouse

Great Townhouse with easy access to everything in the area. Unit was clean, very well appointed, comfortable. We really appreciated the welcome basket and the Nespresso coffee maker as we do Nespresso at home. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We had a small incident that was not their fault but they were super helpful and kind. Thank you.

Well maintained place

It's a nice, spacious place close to Little Saigon. It has some basic seasonings (salt, pepper, soy sauce) and a rice cooker. The pots and pans are in good shape. Each room has its own AC unit that you can set the temperature of. Clean washcloths are provided. The place has 4 beds and a pull out bed. The window sills could use some cleaning. The host checked in several times and responded in a timely manner.

The beds were so comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, etc. that you need. The drive to and from Disney was very easy and we were just far enough away to avoid big crowds at restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

The images provided and seeing the place in person doesn’t reflect how it actually looks. There were cob webs along the windows and stairway. The kids didn’t want to stay due to feeling uncomfortable therefore we wanted to cancel our reservation, unfortunately the cancellation was rather difficult and made us lost a considerable amount of time. I find this absurd I’m getting charge over 500 even though we didn’t stay at all. We didn’t even stayed for a day. The pictures was a misrepresentation of how the place actually looks. How can we cancel ahead of time without seeing the place in person? Therefore, as soon as we arrived, we immediately want to cancel. I will have to write a honest review of how bad of the experience this was and the images were dishonest. This will help other customers knows the risk they are taking when booking at this rental.

Family California Trip

The house was great! It was perfect for our family trip. It was clean and family friendly. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths made it easy for everyone to be comfortable. The rear entrance and parking behind the house was perfect. It gave a sense of privacy and security. The surrounding area and neighborhood is older, but overall seemed quiet and safe. The only 2 suggestions I could make for our host. 1. Add an additional lock or latch on the inside of the main door. The main lock is good, but it felt like it needed a secondary latch for a better sense of security. 2. We had to eliminate 2 small spiders and noticed that the windows above the stairs had webs. Again, these are just small issues and suggestions to help. The overall stay was great and the house was perfect for our family group. Our host was always able to be contacted if needed, which was helpful. We would definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you!
