The breakfast was fantastic and there were great seating areas for people to work in cubbies. Very nice. The bummer was that there was clearly someone smoking in the hotel & we could smell it in our room. I don't do well with smoke & it is a non-smoking hotel. When we called the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do about it. We also had registered for a room w/ a lake view & were given a room w/ a parking lot/traffic view. Otherwise it was lovely.

Clean room that was large to accommodate our family of 3. Loved the bathroom! Breakfast was wonderful with many options. Staff were friendly. WiFi was fast. Only complaint was the loud neighbors above us on the 6th floor, but the hotel can't help that.

Absolute trash of a place from room to staff. Unspeakable levels of incompetence, unethical billing and lack of respect for women and minorities. They’ll try to attempt to respond here and likely attack the review citing lack of detail or ask me to take the matter “off line” but no such pass shall be granted. It’s just true.
