Three words: No Air Conditioning. Since their remodel, they have heat and fan only. Room was blazing hot. Also, room keys wouldn’t work for elevator, meaning a member of the staff had to personally take everyone up to their rooms. Only review below 4 stars I’ve ever given a property.
