Nice historical hotel. The Front Female staff are just kids and extremely immature and unprofessional, they need to be trained before being put in that position.

It was a nice place to stay. The price was good for what the hotel is. There was inattention to refreshments set out, and people were not always available at the desk. Our room was lilac, which is not a good color for the general public. It was comfortable.

Had a great stay at the historic Centrella Hotel. It is in an excellent location in Downtown PG. Easy uphill 1-block walk to Lighthouse Ave or a couple blocks to the ocean. Prepare for on-street parking as there are only about a half-dozen parking spaces in front of the hotel and they are not very long. But what's nice (and necessary) are those parking spaces are wider than what you'd normally find at a local parking lot for retail or groceries.

Staff was truly wonderful, and made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in! The hotel itself was charmingly antique, and the breakfast was limited but delicious (definitely ask for the yoghurt parfait!). Overall, a fantastic stay.
