Great room in great location

Three night trip for golf tournament. Perfect location to hop on or off freeway to get to courses quickly. Reception was easy and staff very kind and helpful. We arrived to hotel at 3:00 p.m.(check in is at 4) and rooms were not ready which we sort of expected. Bar did not open until 4, and we asked if we could bring a bottle of wine in to have a glass while waiting in lobby by fireplace...he brought us some wine glasses! So nice. Our only disappointment was that a restaurant not available on site.

Everyone was very accommodating and the property is nice and quiet. It is about a 5 minute drive from the pier and close to a lot of restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are well-kept and clean. The outdoor pool is heated which was nice for our son because he could swim regardless of the weather or time of day. I’d definitely stay here again!

Underground Parking is atrocious. Small parking spaces with columns to really make it tight. Someone smacked the crap out of my door. We were positioned the opposite place to the lobby and had to go walk 3 or 4 different buildings to get there to enjoy the amenities there. Room had a few spiders and some bug in the shower. aside from that it was clean. All the staff were great. No complaints there. Would I stay here again? Nope. Parking sucks.

Nice and clean hotel. My family loved the pool. I would come back! Taking one star away because the people working the restaurant and bar were a bit rude. The website and the front desk said they closed at 9pm but when we got there at 8pm they told us it was closing and they didn’t want to serve us. The same thing happened the next day which was disappointing because we based our day on the time it was closed. Other people were upset too.

Our stay was wonderful!!! Everyone was nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely go back for a weekend stay. We also liked the fact that the hotel is in a secluded area and nice and quiet.
