It was nice but they were doing construction on some of the hotel and unable to use swimming pool because they were doing construction on that too. Loved the area close to beach and piers and shops and a park for my grandson.

Very noisy neighbors, wall and floors are too thin. Hear all the walking and banging noise from top floor and neighboring room.

Too much noise from neighboring room constantly (upstairs constantly have banging loud stepping noise). Lighting of the room was weak.

This was perfect for what I was looking for in Monterey Bay. It was within walking distance to everything and was very affordable. Staff was friendly and pool was nice. The only thing I had difficulty with was the tv. Perhaps it was operator error, but I couldn’t figure it out. Otherwise, I would recommend this property.

The bed mattress was terrible. The shower curtain kept trying to float in and stick to me. The wireless was way too slow, hard to connect and stay connected to. I tried to get the staff to help on these items and they were of no help!
