The pool was heated. There is a small market where you can purchase snacks and drinks. Location is great. It is near restuarants and even a mall area with a Target. The elevator didnt work when we tried to check out, but other than that it was a good hotel.

We love staying here! The place is super clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Very close to Carmel and Big Sur. It is also conveniently close to a big shopping center, which is literally a block away. It’s nice that it’s close to that to have other options to eat and to shop.
