Pleasant stay

Overall I was very happy with my stay here. Not really any complaints but I couldn't say excellent because I would have liked either stronger water pressure in the shower or a shower head with multi spray choice. That's my personal preference though. It was fine but I like it a little stronger especially for hair washing. Only other thing was that there is no elevator which I understand because it is only a 2 level hotel and that is not mandatory to have but carry luggage up can be difficult for some especially if they aren't aware of this beforehand. Was something I hadn't thought of when I booked but certainly wouldn't be a reason not to go back. Ron was comfortable and spacious and bed was comfortable.

Good hotel—the shuttle service is a taxi!

Hotels.com did not explain how the free airport shuttle service worked. What I needed to do was to get in a taxi and tell them where I wanted to go and the hotel would pay them with a voucher. What I did was stand in the cold and wet waiting alongside the other hotel shuttle services for about an hour and then had to call reception at the hotel to find out what to do. Everything else worked well.

I loved the hospitality, the bed was really comfortable and the size of the room was perfect for a mini vacation. Thanks to all the good care we received from all staff, that includes all the housekeeping staff, to the front desk and those staff at the buffet area for free breakfast. Over all great! Can’t wait to come back.

Cozy and convenient, very walkable

This hotel is actually a half hour away from the airport, but it's well priced and the staff are friendly. Room was clean and comfy. Easy walk across the road to Pharmaprix, IGA, Walmart. There are also several good restaurants within 1km (closest is about 250m from the front door).
