Great but could be a little better

It is a wonderful hotel, it wasn't as busy as expected. I have a few notes though. If you guys want a ton more business I'd rethink a few small things. Firstly, there was a note that rooms aren't cleaned unless asked for. That should just be done. Secondly, there was water provided in the room but it was 4$ for the bottle. That's crazy. Third, I went for a drink at the bar and for 2 shots of vodka and a diet coke it was 32$ without a tip. I'd rather buy a whole bottle for that price. While on a business trip people like to drink but the bar was completely empty. Probably because the huge markup of the price. But overall great stay the rooms were modern and clean. Beds comfortable. I'd definetly stay again.

The hotel is modern and clean. Lots of parking. Very close to the outlet mall. There was an issue with the thermostat in the room but we were quickly transferred to an even bigger room when they couldn’t fix the issue. The only comment would be that it would be nice to see conditioner in the shower. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Thank you!
