Beautiful 3 BR Ocean View House! Steps to the Beach

Our 1850 square-foot Myrtle Beach Ocean View Beach Home has an ideal location for your next vacation. Sitting just steps from the Atlantic Ocean and just a short drive to Myrtle Beach's top attractions including the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach and The Market Common.

A second-row beach house, it features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, perfect for a large family, offering ocean views from the first and second floor covered balconies where you may find yourself relaxing during your beach vacation.

Our beach house features three spacious bedrooms with bedding that includes: a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a queen bed in the third bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The house has three bathrooms including a shower and a separate Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom and a guest bath with a shower located upstairs.

Featuring a full, open kitchen, it has all you need for your beach vacation including a center island for dining, plenty of cabinet space, stove/oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen also comes equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. Imagine enjoying amazing family meals and quality time together at your beach home!

And, enjoy dining options at Landmark Resort: Havana Java, Gazebo Restaurant, and Latitudes Lounge.

Our beach house includes parking for up to two vehicles, with parking located under the house.

Rentals include Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer for no additional charge.

We recently stayed at this beach house over spring break with our three young children and overall had a wonderful vacation. The location was excellent - very close to public beach access, which made a huge difference for our family with little kids and lots of beach gear. Being able to walk easily to the beach was the highlight of this property.The home itself was nice and comfortable, but we did experience a few maintenance issues during our stay. The AC had ongoing repairs that began prior to our arrival and were fully resolved by Monday. Unfortunately, the washing machine latch was broken and unusable for the entire trip, which was challenging since two of our children became sick and we had to make multiple trips to a laundromat. The dishwasher also leaked once during our stay, though it did not appear to be a consistent issue.Despite these inconveniences, we truly had a great time and made wonderful family memories here. With improved communication and a few maintenance check ins prior to arrival, this property is easily a top-tier rental thanks to its fantastic location and family-friendly setup.

I don’t know where to start
 the property is beautiful and clean me and my family was overwhelmed by how nice it was. The ocean view was great and also a very short walk to the beach itself. We loved staying here! The beach was literally a walk across the street, which made it super convenient with the kids. If we forgot something or just wanted to grab something to eat, it was an easy quick walk. The master bedroom with balcony and jacuzzi tub made for a nice retreat at the end of a long beach day. We ran into a few minor maintenance issues but the property contact, Janet, was extremely responsive, attentive and kind. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location easy walk to beach

Love this place! Will definitely be back again in the future. Host communicated quickly, answered any questions that we had, found the place in great shape, clean, felt very safe. Right across the street from the beach, easy public access, street parking right out in front if needed. Close enough to Murrells Inlet, and Broadway at the beach and many great restaurants.

Had a great stay in Myrtle Beach. Could see the ocean from our balconies. Kitchen well appointed so we only ate out once. That was pizza after putt-putt. Can walk to 3 courses from the condo. Rental manager very easily contacted and immediately responsive. When we couldn’t get downstairs shower to work(hint-pull down on the end of the tub faucet) she immediately responded to share the secret.

A gem by the beach

Anniversary Getaway

Three couples outing to the beach to celebrate one of the couples 20th year anniversary. House is right across the street from the beach. It was very clean and beautiful. We had an amazing time.
