The property had everything we needed but it could have been a bit cleaner and could use updating. The couch was horribly uncomfortable (sitting, we didn’t sleep on it). A footstool to use with the chair would have been nice. The television was not easy to operate but did have a good variety of channels. More detailed instructions for each specific TV would help. Absolutely loved the location right on the beach and the amenities were good. Beach towels to bring to the pool and hot tub would also be a nice addition. Also loved having laundry in the room. The staff was very responsive when asked for additional items.

The 2 bed 2 bath unit was great. My only complaints would be; I wish the building had more than one elevator, and the pools were not heated, which was definitely sad, not to mention the hot tub broke two days into our six day stay. 😔

We liked everything except room key code.We got a code before we arrived,but code didn’t work,we called to the office and lady gave us a new code.After 2 days we came back from the beach and code didn’t work again,good thing I had my phone with me, If not, we would be outside with any help. So I called to the office and lady sent to me maintenance guy, I was waiting him for 15 minutes,before he came and change the code. It’s was so not convenient to stay and wait for him.I would like to have the key, not play with those codes. Area was nice, close to the sky wheel. Entrance to the building had code to, so it was safe. Room was a good size, had everything what we needed, nice ocean view from balcony. Another thing what I liked is central air conditioning system, doesn’t have a loud noise, what room conditioners have in other hotels.

The rooms were great. When arriving the lobby was closed and coming in from an early flight there was no place for us to put out luggage. Never experienced this in any other hotel. No towels offered in the pool area and no music in the pool area. Almost to quiet. Pools and hot tubs were excellent! We did have a great vacation!
