The beach is 150 yards away and only takes 3-5 minutes to walk. This elegant and refined 2-bedroom holiday home is fully furnished with comfortable bedding. There is a spacious living room and a fully functional kitchen. All rooms have smart TVs. Parking is right at the door of the house, with 2 free parking spaces.

This is a beautiful home and was so clean! They provided everything we needed and were quick to respond to any messages. The neighborhood is so quiet and I always felt safe. We had a great experience both times we have stayed here!

Was a great location. Overall nice place to stay. Pool is cool because they have a bathroom. 3 min walking to beach an right down the street from one of the putt putt places. House is nice, very spacious for 3 people.

Very cute clean house in a little neighborhood. Easy to find, easy great short walk to beach through a park. Near everything, 5 min drive to airport. If we go back to Myrtle Beach I would definitely book again! Spacious house, comfortable beds, large bathrooms, very nice kitchen, brand new refrigerator, laundry room too! All for the same price as a hotel room. Very quiet too.

The home its self was decent. First bedrooms beds were to high, especially for kids. Living room was very dusty..cleaning could be a lot better. Seeing that raises a lot of questions, especially for sanitary reasons. The front door was absolutely horrible at locking and unlocking. The worst area was the back sitting/grilling area. That table could have broken completely had all our party sat around it to eat or cut someone with how broken it is. In all honesty I can only give a 5.2 rating..and thats trying to be nice. I certainly hope that by what I cleaned and did before leaving gave the cleaning crew additional time to properly clean. One last thing...the pictures are somewhat deceiving.

The property was very clean and there was everything needed for cooking, spices pots and pans knives oils and spices etc. The owner was very quick and nice in responding. Great location in general but especially if you love basketball, tennis or pickleball because it is a 2 minute walk from a very nice court. Right by a public access to the beach. Of course it’s also Myrtle so there is plenty to do. People around were very nice too. 10/10 would recommend

House was nice but a few things that could help the next guest feel more comfortable.The key pad for entry needs maintenance, the living room ceilings fan was very loud and wobble. Light was out and you can't get he ceiling fan speed. The kitchen had only 4 forks, no can openen, only two big pots no med or small pot for oatmeal or grits. Frying pans needs to be replaced food sticks regardless of spray and needed mixing bowl for salads. The recycle air vent was dirty and needed cleaning along air filter. No dish clothes or hand towels for kitchen or pot holder. Need towels for all bathrooms. They were ruff feeling

Great location, easy entry, fridge or freezer didnt work so I couldnt store anything I needed to. Overall pretty clean and enjoyed the use of the washer. Also wasnt granted pool access, which would've made our stay much more enjoyable.

My stay

Need more forks only 2 available. Other than that the property was pretty good. Might want to invest in better toilets they take awhile to fill up and don’t flush the greatest. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

Vacation

Well 1st off the place was in a nice spot but what i didn’t like was for one the lock is mess up on the door then it’s was trash in the trash can then on top of that they had roaches! Then he wanted to charge me 30 for parking pass then gone say if we need additional parking to park across the street! Not only that the face we was sleeping and him and his wife came busting into the place like never again will i even rent from him again
