People would stand outside the room and talk and it was very noisy. The beds were very hard. The staff at check in were amazing i hate i didnt get the ladys name but she was hnds down amazing!! Overall we enjoyed our stay my son loved the lazy river area and pool!

The room smells, we feel nauseous as we walked into the room the mattress is a joke, the bedding was dirty and smelly the place was so loud even with the door closed . We asked for refund after seeing the room, they said no but we left it anyway.

The staff was very helpful and it was my Birthday celebration. From the front desk associates to the housekeeping staff, everyone was eager to make our stay enjoyable. Many of the staff are from Jamaica which gave the visit a nice Caribbean vibe as well. I am looking forward to booking future reservations when I visit Myrtle Beach.

Hot tub water was very dirty. Homeless people right outside hotel. Hotel room wasn’t ready til 7 pm . Then they knocked on door starting at 9 am asking when we were going to be leaving .

We had a great little Easter weekend getaway . View was awesome . The staff was great Danielle was awesome at front desk for our check in . We will definitely stay again soon. The only complaint was the weed smell ones would stand in front of there rooms smoking there weed not very family friendly. Overall nice stay

The STAFF was very nice and did the best they could with what they have. Rooms are very ran down and some smell. Beds are old and noisy. Its fine if you just want a place to sleep and bbe on beach all day. Its right next to boardwalk so there are all kinds of people hanging out all hours

My family has stayed here the past few years, rooms are clean, view is nice from the balcony. In the past they have rooms with kitchenettes, they have taken theses out. Maybe i should have called in advance or tjey could have posted it, either way tjey are gone. This is one main reason i have stayed here along with they are pet friendly. The fee i paud for my pet was larger then normal as well. Parking is tough however tjwy do have additional parking across the street. Indoor pool was colder then the outdoor pool, and this is not the facilities problem but you couldnt relax 8n the hot tub for the kids running from the lazy river to the indoor pool then jumping like the jaquzzi was 5 ft deep while people are in it trying to relax, again not a hotel problem but a parent problem. The elevator was a hit or miss if it was going to work, i grt it ild hotel rusted by the salt water. There are other elevators on the other end of the hotel. This hotel is conveniently located near the pier and the beach so thats nice. Our next trip we probably wont stay there be ause we do like having a kitchenette.

You get what you pay for

Our first night we were on the first floor and our TV didn’t work and the door didn’t lock. Maintenance came in and he was so nice and fixed things. The beds were terrible and the curtain didn’t cover the whole window. The next two nights were better. We were on the 6 floor and the beds were a lot better. The area the hotel is in is not good!!

Not safe for families

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The room was good for the price but smelled like cigarette and weed smoke. The pools were absolutely freezing, everyone crowded into one little hot tub. Cops were at the hotel almost every night for fights, the second to last night of our stay the cops were there for a dead body found in a vehicle. Not a very safe place to stay for families
