Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located studio in the center of Myrtle Beach. This room features one full size bed, a sleeper sofa, smart tv, free wifi, microwave, mini fridge, Keurig & an en suite bathroom.
This is the hotel that been recently remodeled to an apartment complex.
**PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

Studio on the second floor with 1 double bed and pullout sofa

*Only 1 pet is allowed less than 30lbs with pet fee
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only
*Only 1 parking spot available.

Guest Access:
The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
