Horrible experience. Only had a handicap room on first floor. Gave us double queen room instead of king we reserved. 2nd room they put us in tv didn’t work. Not good for bowl games. Third room ok. Breakfast had no attendants first morning. Cold food. Second day small selection and cold food.

Hotel overall is nice, the river view was great and the location was perfect. The room was on the smaller side but not horrible. The bathroom could us a couple fixes. Overall we would stay there again.

The bed was extremely comfortable. It was probably the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The complimentary shuttle ride to the airport was a great perk.
