Grandmother, mother, daughter. 2 night stay for fun. 2 bedrooms with a kitchenette and bathroom in between the bedrooms. Room was clean, check in was easy. The staff even gave us fresh towels on the 2nd day which was a nice surprise. The resort has everything you would need for a fun family stay for all ages. Including 3 restaraunts that were pretty decent! Would totally recommend for the price!
We had originally booked this property with 2 bedrooms however due to an error on the website this property was booked on our dates but the host was able to offer us a different property. A 1 bedroom unit with a Murphy bed in the living room. This room was perfect for our family. Conveniently location, the resort amenities were wonderful for our small kids and thereâs a Starbucks for us need to be caffeinated parents! Iâd say my only critique is that the room was dirty. It was tidy and organized but the floors were sandy and it seemed like they hadnât been mopped in awhile. Also there isnât much parking in the garage but it was super convenient the way the garage is connected to every floor making it easy to access your room. Will definitely be returning.
Stay was meh. Bathroom sink was completely clogged and unusable. Had to use the kitchen sink for everything. There was hair (yes that hair) in the bathroom, the towel bar and toilet paper holder fell off the wall every time you touched it. Potato chips and used q tips on the floor. No way to wash the dishes and dish soap was green water. Had to brush teeth over a sink of dirty dishes every day. Bedroom door was broken so if you let it close all the way it was difficult to get back open. Would have been nice to have salt and pepper in the room. Beds were decent.
Room had nice partial ocean view. The Jr. Suite was misleading in the photo. Its a two bedroom but the rooms are separated by a restroom in between. The bedrooms themselves have no doors to close for privacy. It does have a convenient kitchenette. The coffee in the room is one decaf packet and the other regular caffeinated. I felt there should be two of each in case both people wanted caffeinated coffee. There is a Starbucks downstairs if you want to pay for it. . At check in I was greeted by friendly staff who will have you walk over after check in, to a Wyndham Timeshare hostess to get a freebee tour, etc.. if you listen in to their talk on their timeshares. We were staying overnight so had no time for that. Also after initial check in, I was informed that the next morning, the water to our unit would be off between 9am - 12pm to repair a pipe. I filled all pots and pans and bowls, and pitchers, with water in the kitchen, to be able to have water to help brush our teeth, flush toilet etc.. Turns out there was still water between 9am - 12 noon that next morning but wondered if it would go off any minute. The front desk was courteous to allow us a late check out since no one else rented our room for the next day.
