Great stay! Property was exactly as described and the condo was fully stocked, including coffee pods and creamer. The host even left welcome snacks which were especially appreciated by the kids. Location was excellent and close to everything. Literally right down the street from Schlitterbahn. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was great! I was so pleasantly surprised that the owners stock the place with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. It makes the stay so much easier! The beds were good, plenty of linens and towels. HUGE TV in the living room, and TVs in both bedrooms too. They thought of everything. We'll be back here next time we're in New Braunfels!

Wonderful stay

Great location. Easy access. Beautiful view from the back balcony of a greenway leading to the river. Very peaceful. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of bath towels etc. Host is very attentive and responds quickly to questions and needs. We’ve stayed twice and intend to come back again.

This is a GREAT place to stay

We wanted a place to stay that was near San Antonio. This property did not disappoint. It is close to everything. Just a couple miles from Gruene. The condo was very nice and clean! It has everything that you need. The beds are so comfortable! The pool was very nice and we enjoyed being able to cool off on a HOT October day. The balcony was very spacious and has a great view. We were amazed at all of the deer in the area that just wander around, lay in yards, graze at the side of the roads, definitely not something you see very often, if ever! The property was very quiet while we were there. You will find it is just how they portray it to be. Would most definitely stay there again!

Impressive!

Loved it from arrival to departure. Everything we needed. Just bought a few groceries. Very calm quiet and not a lot of people. The private driver access was the win. We could literally walk to the river. And not a tube eantrance. Wil def be back. Wildlife was fun to watch
