This custom built river retreat offers spectacular hill country views with soothing sounds of the rapids and falls below. Clutter Falls Retreat offers two houses the Main House and the Guest House each property offers privacy and is reserved separately. The Guest House located in New Braunfels offers a perfect location for a romantic or small getaway.

This Charming two story A-frame property offers everything one could need for a relaxing vacation. With carefully chosen pieces this home has a rustic upscale river home feel. The beautiful wood plank ceiling gives this guest house a cozy warm feel. Appreciate the beautiful views of the river from almost every angle of the home. Guests will find plenty of room for sleeping with two spacious bedrooms and one and a half baths.

The kitchenette hosts a microwave and mini fridge offering just enough accommodation to prepare quick snacks or enjoy a cup of coffee. Guests will sleep soundly in one of the two sleeping spaces. The master hosts a queen bed with a memory foam topper. The upstairs open loft offers two twin beds perfect for children. Relax in the comfortable living area that offers beautiful views, a large screen television, and a comfortable sofa.

For a romantic evening, enjoy delicious takeout while dining al fresco at the charming outdoor seating. For an evening under the stars, relax in the inviting private hot tub located on the front deck overlooking gorgeous hill country views. Guests will find this home to be the perfect escape after a busy week.

Looking for an outing for the day, Clutter Falls is less than a mile from the historic Gruene Hall, enjoy music and dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. Gruene offers an outdoor market, wine tasting, and many delicious restaurants. Only minutes away is New Braunfels with plenty to do: float the beautiful Guadalupe River, rent paddle boats or picnic at Landa Park, swim at the Spring Fed Pool, spend the day at Schlitterbahn Water Park, or visit one of the local wineries or breweries for wine or beer tasting. Visit Wimberley and spend the day shopping in the downtown square, swimming, and hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, Zip Line Adventure, or Blue Hole regional Park offers swimming and nature trails. Canyon Lake is only 30 minutes away and there is plenty of outdoor fun to be found. The James C Curry Nature preserve is great for hiking, or biking trails. Canyon Lake offers daily pontoon and boat rentals and so much more.
