This was our first stay at Home2 Suites. The room layout was genius. One wall completely full of tables, shelves and cabinets with plenty of space to store our luggage. The facility looked brand new and was spotless. Beds were comfy and the temperature remained perfect. Breakfast was yummy. We will stay at Home2 Suites again.

It was a great stay overall, I would most definitely stay again and recommend this place. The only problems I had was I found an old piece of fruit on the table, I found a random pill on the floor, and the roll out table was completely filthy. Room service also didn’t clean too much during our stay. It wasn’t horrible I really enjoyed the staff, and the location was beautiful, there was a nice field in the back to take my dog out.

The hotel was very nice. The pillows were awful! The food on the bar ran out 45 minutes before closing up. They were asked to renew and said no because they would be closing soon anyway.

New hotel, everything was great except the fire alarm went off two different times during the stay. Once about 8:30 pm and then again at 7:20am. There is no sleeping through a fire alarm

The Hilton 2 in New Braunfel was wonderful and was extremely clean and well taken care of! The breakfast bar was also well done! All the employees were very kind but we Particularly like to call out one employees Arabella who was extremely courteous and helpful during our stay! We’ll be staying there again!
