Room was clean but had a slight odor. Bathroom door didn’t fully close and was cracked a little probably from being forced closed previously. Breakfast was fine but hot water for tea was luke warm. No one thing was terrible, but overall on the mediocre side for a non-discounted rate.

We booked a 2 Queen bed room and was given a 1 King bed room. Person at check in was rude and argued that we were wrong. I have the booking confirmation that says otherwise. They refused to fix their error so I believe they gave away our Queen room.

Clean but noisy overnight & breakfast was lacking

Overall, this hotel was very clean and comfortable, however, the night front desk staff was a little rude and the breakfast was a joke. The breakfast area was cluttered and the options were meager at best. Different food supplies were out. First morning, there was no coffee or syrup for waffles. The 2nd morning, the hot options were out. Last morning we decided to grab fast food for breakfast. Also, the local of the hotel right on next to the interstate made it difficult to sleep with the loud traffic on the interstate all night.

Nice hotel but no food

Overall hotel was nice and good condition. Staff was nice. I was disappointed that the market place in hotel was completely empty! All they had were sodas! No vending machines either! And the breakfast was basic. They ran out of certain foods at breakfast!

I was only there for one night but the place was very clean and well staffed. The breakfast buffet could have been more robust but it had things I wanted to eat. The coffee was available all day and was good--this was a big plus!

Check in was 3pm, our room was not ready until 4:10. Once we got to the room, the cleaning solution was overwhelming for our first 2-2.5 hrs. In the pool area, it was littered with wrappers even though it says no food or drink was allowed. Finally, whoever slept in our room must had used Ben Gay the night before because the pillow and bedspread had the strong smell of it. Very disappointed in our overall experience.

Beds were comfortable. Lobby and outside parameters where not well kept. There was trash everywhere. Need to have someone looking at the in/outside 24 hours per day. Lobby floors were sticky. Asked for early check-in to attend a wedding in Hartford by 4pm as we were traveling from Out of town. Arrived at 10:00am and did not get in the first room until 1:30pm, despite me watching the early check-outs and cleaning staff available.

This was a great place to stay. We were only there for one night, but the room was lovely. The bathroom was extra large. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was typical of a Hampton Inn, with plenty of hot and cold choices. Would recommend!
