North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here.

Five bedrooms, a fire pit-lit backyard, and a location that puts the heart of New Orleans within easy reach - this Mid-City home is built for groups who want space, comfort, and easy access to everything the city has to offer. Whether you're here for a festival, a game at the Superdome, or simply soaking up the NOLA atmosphere, the home delivers a relaxed base that works just as well for families as it does for larger groups of friends.

The space
Natural light moves through the home freely, setting a warm, easy tone from the moment you walk in. Classic New Orleans details sit alongside well-kept interiors, and the single-level layout - no stairs throughout - makes getting around effortless for everyone in the group.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests across six beds, each room outfitted with blackout shades for proper rest regardless of what time you're getting in. Three full bathrooms keep mornings moving smoothly and evenings unhurried - enough space that nobody's waiting around.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking: a Frigidaire stainless steel electric stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, and baking sheet. Cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - are provided alongside dishes, silverware, and a drip coffee maker with coffee supplied. Pull everyone around the dining table and eat in, or plan meals around the outdoor grill.

Living & entertainment
The living area centers on a 32-inch Smart TV with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in a common area make it easy to stay connected or catch up on work between outings. A pack 'n play with sheets and a standalone high chair with food tray are both available upon request, and babysitter recommendations can be arranged for families who need them.

Outdoor living
The fully fenced private backyard is one of the home's strongest draws. Gather around the fire pit on cool New Orleans evenings, fire up the private gas BBQ grill, or settle in at the outdoor dining area. Outdoor furniture and a private patio round out the space - it's a proper backyard, not just a patch of grass. Free driveway parking for three cars is included on premises, with additional free street parking available nearby.

Location
Mid-City places you well for exploring the whole city. The Superdome is 0.7 miles away, the Canal Street streetcar is steps from the front door, and the French Quarter and Bourbon Street are just minutes out. Trader Joe's and the Lafitte Greenway are close at hand for groceries and a green-space walk. Central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, in-unit washer and dryer, and a stocked set of essentials keep the home comfortable throughout your stay.
