Really nice stay , I will be staying there again when I visit New Orleans in the future. The staff was super kind and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, we had every single thing you can think of that makes a good breakfast. The staff upgraded me to a complimentary suite , that did it for me … I wanted to extend my trip because my stay was so nice. It was walking distance to everything and it helped me get my steps in because I was on vacation and I didn’t have time for the gym . I had fun and exercised while doing it. I can’t wait to go back and stay in that hotel again 10/10

No one told me from Expedia that I had to pay 35.00 extra per day to park, The worker at the reservation desk did not tell me that there was a bridge between the parking garage and the motel on the 2nd floor. I got lost in downtown New Orleans trying to get from the parking garage to the motel.The maid did not close my door to the room after she cleaned the 2nd day.

Parking was a bit pricey. Don’t mind paying flat rate of $36 a day, but every time you go out you are charged to park. Should be able to pay parking at hotel. Other than that everything else was perfect

I loved that it was quiet. it smelled like wet dog throughout the halls. there is an unexpected 100$ deposit when i checked and parking is 35$ per day. other than that i enjoyed the quietness.
