Decent hotel but downfall when it came to housekeeping. Hit and miss most days and they def didn’t change bed sheets; water was not replaced in room and bathroom amenities were empty on arrival. Aside from that, location is great but can be noisy around the French quarter ( not hotels fault that idiots rev engines loudly up and down the streets at 4 am) . Front desk was good and helpful - wish they had coffee makers in rooms.

We checked in and was given two keys, however only one worked soon after we had gotten settled into the room when one of the girls noticed there was no shower door. I reported the issues the front desk and was asked if I wanted to stay in that room or be moved to another one. Of course we wanted to move rooms because we needed to take a shower during our stay so we were giving another room however it was smaller. Then once again, only one key was working. I did see a coffee station, but didn’t see anything about breakfast. We also inquired about a workout area and was told there was not one to use.

We had a group of 27 stay here before our cruise. The hotel was extremely accommodating and the location was the best. Close to everything everyone needed. The staff was even better and so nice.

Such a pleasant and affordable stay. The beds aren't the most comfortable and they make noise but the updated bathrooms with spacious shower, complimentary water bottles every day, and friendly staff totally made up for it. We will be back!

Lovely little boutique hotel on Decatur with lots of shops & restaurants. Friendly staff and cozy rooms. Beds were a little lumpy and the toilet flushing was slow and kind of ineffective at times. Very clean and well decorated.

The overall hotel was in a good condition. Room stayed cold which is a plus! Only downside to the stay is that your parking for the hotel that you pay for is self parking and blocks away from the hotel.
