This place was DISGUSTING! The 1st room had black mold on the ceiling and bath mat. It was filthy and bedding was stained so we were moved to a slightly less filthy room where we found ROACHES! NEVER AGAIN!

That hotel is where aids would go to get aids!! So dirty and mold and stained and what appears to be blood stains on the floor… how it’s even allowed to be open blows my mind… do not waste your money you’d literally be better sleeping in the ihop next door (one in our group did)

This is not a place for a human to stay. Upon checking in, the night person tried to assign us to a room on the 2nd floor. I asked if they had an elevator. I was told it was not working. I stated that is why I had asked for a ground-floor room when I made the reservation. I have had knee surgery, and I can't do stairs. The room was disgusting. The curtains were nasty, and the floor was filthy. I walked on the floors in white socks, and they were dirty afterward. Some lights needed to be changed in the bathroom. The tub dripped. The maintenance person came in, fixed the lights, and reduced the drip in the tub. I looked up and found black mold in the shower. There was hair on the counter. At check-in, the night staff person lied and stole money from me. I had prepaid for the hotel stay. She said I needed a credit card on file but it wouldn't be charged. When I checked my account the next morning I saw a charge, I proceeded to the front desk for clarification. Was given an apology & a credit. Only to be charged a 2nd time. My daughter & I refused to leave our bags in the room because the place was nasty. We went out for a few hours. Upon returning, the beds had been undone. The mattresses have human bodily fluids on them. DISGUSTING!!! We asked to be moved. The next room had issues, too. I won't recommend this place to anyone! As a Travel Agent, I will NEVER RECOMMEND any of my clients to stay here. My daughter found a roach crawling on her clothes that she laid on the chair.

The room was humid, with bad paint, destroy shair, a rusted bathtub, rusted door hinges, a nasty odor, pee smel elevator, a sidewalk with garbage... we asked for another room, but it was no able then we left. We never used the hotel.

The non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke and was stronger in the bathroom indicating it may have been coming in from another room. The sink backed up and the room needed some fresh paint. The beds/sheets were clean and fairly comfortable and the AC/heater worked well. The staff was friendly and fairly efficient. Breakfast was sufficiently stocked. Overall this feels like an older hotel that is in need of some significant renovations (flooring, paint, general maintenance) but it was sufficient for sleeping in while visiting New Orleans.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. More of a flop house than a hotel. First room had terrible smell. Second room was worse and had cockroachs. Room not upkeept. Only two towels. No coffee cups. Sink was leaking and simple thing like light switch cover was broken. Good thing expedia refunded me. Worst experience ever. Picture a movie where a deal goes down in a dim lit run down motel and you can imagine this place. Should not even be a La Quinta. Makes the brand look bad. Hotel more of a slum lord rental unit than a "hotel". Lobby doors locked up at night makes sense now.

Light in bathroom sink are would work sometimes. The electrical outlet in area did not work. Requested 3 times to be fixed never happened. Mold in the ceiling tiles over shower. Carpet was disgusting with stains. Trim was falling off. When you turned on the TV it was maximum volume sure neighbors enjoyed that. Rented 2 other rooms for crew and one of their TVs never work. 2nd to last day the bugs started coming out in sink. The staff was very nice. But have 6 month job but will not be staying there again

We didn’t stay. It was dirty which is an understatement to the word. There was a sign in the elevator that literally said top the door to help it close. It smelled like urine everywhere. The bed looked like it has been slept in when we got there and the bathroom had never been cleaned. There is no way the tub floor was black. We left within minutes of check in never slept there it slept like we would need a tetanus shot or we would be murdered. Sad because I’ve stayed at this change in Colorado and they are decent. But this was something out of a horror movie
