1st room provided had not been cleaned (bedding not changed, dirty towels on the floor, food on table). We were provided with a room that had been cleaned after complaining. The overall condition of the entire building was poor and needs a deep cleaning. Doors have to be slammed to close, corners, baseboards dirty, tubs need resurfacing desperately.

We stayed at La Quinta Inn in New Orleans, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We had to change rooms three times because the bathtubs were filthy and clogged, the water wouldn’t drain at all. The towels were also unacceptable: two had hair on them, and one looked like it was stained with toothpaste. It was honestly disgusting and made us question the hotel’s cleanliness standards. The “continental breakfast” was a joke, only pancakes were available. No fruit, no eggs, no sausage… definitely not what we expected or what was advertised. To make matters worse, one of the elevators was out of service, so we had to wait a long time just to go up or down. The only positive thing was the staff, they were very kind and tried to help us each time we brought up an issue. Still, the hotel itself needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and overall service quality.

The property exterior was okay. The staff was okay. When we arrived, they checked us in but the room we got was dirty and not ready. We got another room and i honestly just wasnt satisfied overall. The bathtub coating was terribly cracked and the tub was dirty. There were roaches on the counter where the tv was and in the bathroom. There were also gnats. There werent enough outlets. The desk had outlets so i plugged it in but none of the outlets worked. The tv was very small and had lines through it so the picture wasnt clear. Only one of the two elevators on the property worked and that was really frustrating at times. The keys disable very easily. There was no trash can in the room. The parking isnt free but its not too expensive so i guess thats fine. Our mattress was sunken in and hard but not extremely uncomfortable. All in all it was just not great. Wouldnt stay there again.

I was happy to be able to get the reservation. We had to make a decision due to another situation at another property. When we got to room we were met with dead roaches on floors in bathroom and in touch. But the biggest issue was the entire window in the room was shattered. It looked like someone had shot it with a gun. They would not move our room. This was a serious safety issue. I want a full refund. I have taken pics of the issues.

Bad service and scamming people with parking fees.

Out of the 5 days we stayed in this hotel, only one day did they come to our room to take out the trash and provide us with the necessary supplies. It was four of us, and they gave us one roll of toilet paper. We have to go to the office and request more. Also, there were no stipulations about the parking, and we ended up paying $137.99 more, after what I paid for the five days of staying there. So, I would say they are running a scam since no one tells you, or is it written somewhere that you have to pay for parking?
