My family and I stayed for 3 nights, and while some of the staff were genuinely kind and helpful, the overall stay wasn’t the best. When we first checked in, we were only provided 2 towel sets even though we had 4 people in the room. Every time we requested more towels, we were told none were available, which was really frustrating. Our first room also had several issues. The cold water in the sink didn’t work at all, so the water was extremely hot and we had to use the shower for basic things like washing our hands. The tub was clogged, so during showers we were standing in several inches of water. On top of that, we did see roaches in the room. The next morning, we asked to be moved, and the staff did kindly switch us to a different room. This room was better, only saw one roach, and the sink water worked properly, but the overall experience still fell short of what we expected. Hoping management addresses these issues for future guests.

Check in issues…Couldn’t get assigned a room and it ended up charging my card in 2 transactions. Staff was good but it took a minute. Hotel is outdated…bathroom was not a pretty sight and only 1 set of towels were to the room. I will not be staying again, oh and the hot water will give you 2-3rd degree burns
