The heart of the loft features a stylish living area equipped with modern mid-century furniture, two plush couches, a lounge chair, and another large LED smart TV for your entertainment. The open-concept kitchen allows for seamless living and entertaining. Next to the living space is the second bedroom, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and attached access to another full bathroom. Unique to this bedroom are sliding, translucent walls that provide the flexibility to open up the space or create a private retreat.

Each bedroom comes equipped with a large smart TV featuring all the most popular streaming platforms in addition to basic cable, ensuring personal leisure time is on hand. Advanced lighting throughout, including lamps, can be effortlessly controlled via wall switches. Comfortably accommodating 4 adults, this two-bedroom unit also offers two additional adult sized roll-away twin beds with memory foam mattresses for extra guests, perfect for use in the spacious living room.

GETTING AROUND
Adding to the allure of our central New Orleans loft, the iconic St. Charles streetcar line runs directly in front of the condo, offering a charming and convenient way to explore the city. Tickets for this historic mode of transportation can be easily purchased online or directly from the conductor. Remember to carry exact change for a smooth experience, as no change is given. For those preferring a more modern approach, Ubers and LYFTs are readily available throughout the city, providing an efficient and cost-effective means to navigate both near and far. For a unique and enjoyable journey, try the pedicabs—bicycle rides pedaled by locals that offer a fun and eco-friendly way to see the sights.

PARKING
For parking convenience, we highly recommend the EZ Park Garage situated at 310 Carondelet Street, which is exceptionally convenient, being RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the condo! Additionally, there are parking lots available to the right of the Union Lofts building and directly behind it when facing the structure. It's important to note that the EZ Park Garage may not offer in and out privileges, so planning your parking based on your stay's itinerary is wise. However, given the prime location of our condo, most guests find little need for their vehicle during their stay. With everything from dining and entertainment to famous attractions within walking distance or a short ride away, our location truly is a hidden gem for those looking to immerse themselves in the heart of New Orleans. For those who prefer street parking, it can be managed hourly via the parking kiosk located nearby or through the ParkMobile app for a hassle-free experience. Detailed instructions for using the kiosks are readily available on-site. This flexibility in parking options ensures that guests can choose the solution that best fits their needs, making their stay in New Orleans as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
