Don't Even Think About It!!!

This place should be CONDEMNED! It is in extreme disrepair in all areas! We went to our 1st room and the through the wall hvac unit was apart, and extremely dirty. Got the 2nd room, it smelled like cigar smoke, we booked no smoking, the tub floor was delaminating. You would cut your feet if you used it! Water was coming up through the floor, everything was very dirty, the door wouldn't lock, and we slept on top of the beds fully clothed because the place was so nasty!

this property was not safe it was not clean and there was one bar/ restaurant next door that called itself a dive bar. it was that and a dollar general, everything else required a ride. the cleaning crew used a shopping cart to move their supplies room to room, and the noise of that would wake you from outside. the gap in the front door didn’t help. there was a handprint smeared on the wall, the shower has never been cleaned.

After the original hotel that I booked lost my reservation and all booked online through Expedia, this was the only option they gave me. This place is very rundown and in need of a lot of updating. It is definitely not worth what I was charged per night but I feel that I was taken advantage of due to it being Superbowl weekend. There is nothing in the area other than a gas station. I would not recommend this hotel or using Expedia.

terrible customer service and no one cared or true

you canceled my 3 rooms 2 weeks before the superbowl…..they said we canceled them … so 7 people had no where tocsteyand the red roof inn would not even try to get any compensation at all. it was horrible.

The property was a prostitute motel, we were showed numerous rooms, none of which looked liked the pictures online. The bathroom showers were broken, tub was black, there was a toilet outside and the manager refused to refund us despite us not choosing to stay there and expedia refused to refund us despite the property being ininahabitatable because our reservation was non-refundable. We were bamboozled. We did not even stay there and had to book other accommodations.

Over priced. For $400.00 per night they didn’t even supply shampoo. Ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off. Picture they posted is not what the rooms are. Do not recommend for family at all.

Room was dirty. Sheets were stained. Staff did not care. Only stay here if your other option is to sleep under a bridge in a rainstorm. Slightly better than sleeping in your car.

Terrible dirty unhealthy condition

Hotel had literal sh*t on the wall. Mold in bathroom black mold on ceiling. Bed bugs I’m positive the matters when uncovered was mold stained blood disgusting dirty beyond words floors were dirty. Towels looked like a rag in my garage. Cost was near $400 a night for not even a 1 star hotel. Just awful. We actually left and never slept there because it was so bad and dirty and dangerously unclean.
