The air conditioner never got cool enough. And I was in 5 different rooms visiting friends. None of the rooms got cool. The lighting in room, very poor. Wish The coffee shop stayed open longer.

Within walking distance to French Quarters and Bourbon Street. The pool gate is very hard to open. Had to lift handle up instead of down. A lot of us were struggling opening it.

This property is really run down. The photos do not accurately depict the rooms. Carpet was ripped in my room, all fixtures were chipped and damaged. The hotel did not honor my booking of a King room and said any room type booked on Expedia is not guaranteed. I was put in a room with 2 doubles, then moved to 2 queens with a window facing the inside of the hotel where people could see directly into the room. As a result, had to keep the curtains shut and the room was extremely dark. The manager was supposed to get in touch - they never did. Lousy restaurant (awful coffee). So many better hotel options in NOLA.

Good location for fun in New Orleans. Not ideal for families due to the number of bars in walking distance, and the hotel valet and parking situation led to a few difficult and potentially dangerous navigation challenges on the weekend. The hotel valet was prioritizing paying customers who were not staying at the hotel, leading to traffic jams on Tchoupitoulas street. These could’ve been avoided with a more professional valet service
