Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly and professional lady. The room was nice and clean, beds comfortable and the staff was so accommodating. I stay at the Riverside everytime I visit my family. Nothing to dislike!!

Great, comfortable close in hotel!

Alicia was amazing: welcoming, cheerful, friendly, helpful. Wonderful! Sherry the next morning was also wonderful: enjoyed talking with her about Gulf Coast phenomena, GREAT guidance on cruise terminal access, driving. Very nice, affordable, comfortable hotel 20 minutes from downtown.

Everything was ok first day but next morning there was no water at all … couldn’t shower or use toilet and brushed my teeth with a bottle of water that I had to buy, nobody even said sorry .. very disappointing.
