Had an amazing time in New Orleans and the Indigo Hotel was a perfect place for my stay. It was only a 20 minutes drive from the event that I attended. The staff was very pleasant and polite. Lobby was very nice and clean. Room was very clean and comfortable bedding. Restaurant staff and food were great. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel. The printed breakfast menu had most item crossed out and unavailable. The waiter was just okay. However, we had a very good appetizer at Happy Hour, and our Bartender Grant was great. We very much enjoyed talking with him. Internet access wasn’t very good and we did better without the hotel’s WiFi. It was great that the hotel was right at the St Charles trolley car stop. I recommend taking the trolley to the end of the route and back. Also, we very much appreciated the late room service on our first day; thank you. Full Disclosure: we forgot to leave a tip for the maids. We apologize! How can we remedy this?

Nice clean room - noisy light/ vent in bathroom metal bedframes too long for beds sticking out.we loved easywalk to Canal,street and Caesars lots of resturants nearby.we would stay again

The room was smaller than expected but it but it was exceptionally clean and quiet, perfect for a weekend getaway where most of the time is spent outside the room. The restaurant downstairs was great, the service was not very quick and they ran out of some menu items. Great breakfast places within walking distance, easy parking and safe around the property. One of the better stays and affordable. We will certainly be back.
