I was disappointed we missed breakfast on the first day because I was not given the voucher for breakfast on the first night. I feel she should have reminded me and giving me the voucher when I checked in and I didn't remember that breakfast was included until I researched it the next day and if I hadn't asked I wouldn't have gotten them and I paid extra for breakfast.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the room was clean and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was great. The only thing is the bathroom could be a bit more roomy and the water a little more powerful. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel was so amazing. The rooms were beautiful, location was perfect, and the price was pretty good! What stood out the most was the staff!!!! Cierra, Gary, and Nicki were the best - we had good laughs, and they were so friendly each and every time we saw them. I was overcharged for something, and as soon as I called them, it was fixed!! High recommend!!!

The staff were absolutely awesome! They made sure we felt welcomed and safe. The stay is very accommodating to navigating many popular locations by foot. They have pretty good breakfast options and believe it or not a great salted caramel iced latte! The rooms had an awesome view of the parade. The beds are more comfortable than most hotel stays for sure

Such an ideal place to stay, walking proximity to major attractions like Bourbon street, Caesar casino, restaurants, & shopping. Employees were welcoming with an easy check in process. The room was clean, away from the noise of the french quarter. The restaurant was good, appreciated the healthy options on the menu, we had green smoothies every morning before indulging in all things fried.

The room was a great price. However, we would not stay here again. There were 2 stains on the bed, one looked like blood. The bathroom was SO tiny, you couldn’t close the door if you were standing in front of the mirror or on the toilet, you would have to be in the shower or squish into the corner on the bathroom to close the door. The floor felt sticky and I could hear a clear conversation through the wall of the room next door. Staff was okay, not the nicest. Vallet workers were kind.

This is one of my favorite hotels during Mardi Gras. The location is on the parade route which makes it nice to go back to the room to freshen up or fix a drink. The staff is very friendly. The is a restaurant on site. We will be back.
