Excellent. Staff was kind, informative and very helpful. They had complimentary breakfast every morning from 7am- 10am. The downside is that our 2 bedroom was pretty small so it was hard to move around but thats new york for you! I would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I visited New York for his cousin's party, during which we stayed at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet, and I appreciated the view of the city; however, the rooms are notably small. The breakfast was excellent, although the dining area was somewhat cramped, but given our location in New York, we were willing to adapt. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My primary concern is with the housekeeping service, as our check-out time was 11 am, yet the housekeeper knocked and entered our room at 8 am, which was unacceptable.

The room was very clean. Coffee pot with coffee pods was provided, but wasn’t near an electrical outlet that made it easy to use!. Room was very nice, quiet, convenient to elevator w/o noise. Breakfast was wonderful both days! Hotel Front Desk staff was very helpful with a TV issue I had. AND breakfast workers were just great. THE BEST BARGAIN I’VE FOUND IN BROOKLYN! I’ll be back!!

The rooms were clean but they're very small. The room doors are very loud when they close from any room. If you don't mind tight spaces, then you'll be fine. Other than that it's a nice place. The staff was very courteous.

Room was clean, but not new. Inadequate closet space for two. Breakfast area was below street but open to the lobby. A little narrow for the number of tables and guests. On-site parking was, like most Brooklyn hotels of the same era, not adequate for the capacity, but it was apparently a slow weekend.
